AIS's procurement policy is directly related to the company's objectives. The company aims to provide goods and service with efficiency and effectiveness in order to maximize benefit. There are clear criteria that will be audited with appropriate internal controls and to establish good and fair relationships with suppliers.

Procurement of AIS Group

  • The company supports products that are environmentally friendly.
  • The company supports the product. and/or services performed by quality Thai people and have standards that are generally accepted, including product support and/or local services where the Company operates as appropriate.
  • The company has a policy to establish and sustain long-term business partnerships with its business suppliers as well as regularly and fairly evaluating the product quality and services of all supplier.
  • The company has a policy to procure products. and/or services from qualified supplier and selected to register as business partners of the company.
  • The company has a philosophy of making purchases without taking advantage of partners. and present truthful, transparent, thorough, and open information while also taking into account others' viewpoints input from partners and treating them equally.
  • Purchases and/or services that have an impact on the company's value chain or ongoing operations The company has a policy. Buying products and/or services from at least 2 suppliers to lessen the chance of disruption. utilizing the company's own services and not relying on the goods or services of any partners in trade.
  • The company does not purchase products. and/or illegal services intellectual property infringement or violating human rights Including not ordering products and/or services from trading partners whose names are listed in the blacklist as specified in the regulations and guidelines on individuals/juristic persons. that have been posted to the list of prohibited transactions (Blacklist) with the Company or have a history of fraud or have behaviors that indicate corruption and bribery.
